Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in the metro Atlanta area. This is a full-time, on -site position supporting a team of attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment. We are a sophisticated defense litigation firm with a strong reputation for excellence, and we’re looking for someone who brings the same high standards to their work. What You’ll Do: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and document production Organize case files and maintain case management systems using platforms such as Relativity and iManage Coordinate and manage e-filings in PeachCourt and Federal Court systems Conduct research, draft and manage discovery requests/responses, prepare exhibits, and compile trial binders Manage deadlines and ensure timely communication with legal teams and clients Serve as a key member of the team, working collaboratively across multiple cases and practice areas What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in defense litigation with the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a plaintiff environment Strong working knowledge of Relativity, iManage, and other legal tech platforms Proficiency with electronic filing in both state and federal courts, including PeachCourt Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and proactive communication style Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written A stable work history and excellent references Paralegal certification and/or a Bachelor's degree.
