Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, document review, and case management.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Experience with nursing home cases or relevant (elder abuse, medical, personal injury)
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
