Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in the metro Atlanta area. This is a full-time, on -site position supporting a team of attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment. We are a sophisticated defense litigation firm with a strong reputation for excellence, and we’re looking for someone who brings the same high standards to their work.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and document production
- Organize case files and maintain case management systems using platforms such as Relativity and iManage
- Coordinate and manage e-filings in PeachCourt and Federal Court systems
- Conduct research, draft and manage discovery requests/responses, prepare exhibits, and compile trial binders
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely communication with legal teams and clients
- Serve as a key member of the team, working collaboratively across multiple cases and practice areas
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in defense litigation with the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a plaintiff environment
- Strong working knowledge of Relativity, iManage, and other legal tech platforms
- Proficiency with electronic filing in both state and federal courts, including PeachCourt
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and proactive communication style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- A stable work history and excellent references
- Paralegal certification and/or a Bachelor’s degree.
