- 5+ years defense litigation experience
- A stable work history and stellar references
- The ability to work hand in hand with preeminent attorneys as a valued member of the team
- Exceptional software skills with a strong command of MS Word
- A professional, polished demeanor
- A bachelors degree and / or paralegal certification is a plus although those with relevant experience will absolutely be considered in lieu of a degree
