We are seeking a Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense Attorney to handle Research and litigation for a great Insurance Defense/Civil Litigation Firm in Houston.
You will specialize in complex litigation, research & writing. Preference is given to attorneys with 3+ years of experience with research, writing, insurance defense, appellate experience and oral arguments.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
??Qualifications:
- Previous experience in law, preference for 3+ years
- Familiarity with complex litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
