Key Responsibilities:
- Trial Preparation & Representation: Manage all facets of trial preparation, including drafting motions, attending court hearings, and representing clients in legal proceedings.

- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively within a team environment while independently managing assigned cases.

Qualifications:
- Legal Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of law, trial procedures, and litigation strategies.
- Experience: Demonstrated success with motions, depositions, and courtroom representation and at least 3 years of trial experience.
- Skill Set: Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Credentials: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution and active membership in the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
