What You’ll Do:

– Create and execute marketing strategies to expand the firm’s visibility and client base.

– Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistency across all communications, including digital platforms like our website and social media.

– Spearhead public relations efforts, including managing press releases, media relations, and awards submissions.

– Lead attorney recruiting, working hand-in-hand with firm leadership to identify and attract the best legal talent.

– Manage and coordinate recruiting events, including career fairs and on-campus interviews.

– Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates by building relationships with law schools, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.

– Plan and organize seminars, client events, and networking opportunities.

– Collaborate with attorneys on thought leadership initiatives like speaking engagements and published articles.

– Manage the marketing and recruiting budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

– Assist with our summer associate program, including training and mentoring opportunities.

 

What You’ll Bring:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– 5-7 years of experience in marketing, business development, and/or attorney recruiting, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.

– Deep knowledge of marketing best practices and attorney recruitment processes.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
