Amy Shanks is the SRS President and Founder.  She is a professional Match Maker and lead Legal Recruiter. With a passion for bringing top talent to complement clients’ needs, Amy focuses on art of head hunting relevant to the legal industry. She specializes in the permanent placement of attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and all other support roles that a law firm may need.  She has successfully placed thousands of candidates with law firms over her career.

Amy previously held and was a consistent President’s Club producer for Adecco, the largest staffing company in the U.S, and was their annual #1 Global producer multiple times in her tenure there.  She holds a BA in Interior Design from Louisiana State University and became interested in the recruiting industry after personally working with recruiters and realizing there was a great market for those recruiters who do it right. Known for her extensive knowledge of law firms, tenacity, and thorough vetting process, she consistently connects clients with ideal candidates, helping candidates achieve new career heights and helping clients have access to talent that was previously unobtainable.

Amy lives in the Bayou St. John area of New Orleans and when not working she is spending time with her family, friends and a house full of rescue dogs.

Harold Wilbratte is our Legal Technology Recruiter in New Orleans, Louisiana. With a decade of recruiting experience, he specializes in placing top-tier IT professionals within the legal industry across the country. Harold has filled rolls including CIOs, and all levels of IT management, System and Network Administrators, Help Desk Technicians, Front and Back End Web Developers, Software Trainers, and eDiscovery Administrators.  Harold’s approach involves thorough interviews to understand both client needs and candidate skills, ensuring a perfect match.

Harold holds a BS in Management with a concentration in MIS from the University of New Orleans. Clients appreciate his diligent efforts, regular communication, and ability to find hard to fill skill sets.

Anna Lattimer is our law firm Whisperer. Leading our Baton Rouge office, a role she has held since November 2021. She has over twenty years of experience in screening, performance management and talent acquisition from her previous roles in finance, legal and hospitality. With over a decade of working in law firm environments Anna has a unique understanding of how firms “work” from the inside.

She credits her tenure as a Nationally Licensed Mortgage Agent, a Legal Consultant focusing in the areas of finance and Commercial Real Estate as well as her time as a VIP bartender in New Orleans which included Mardi Gras Balls, live music events and Louisiana Derby affiliated races at New Orleans Racetrack that have helped her develop strong relationships when working with both clients and candidates.

Anna holds a master’s in public administration from Troy University and a bachelor’s in business communications from the University of Northern Iowa. Having travelled throughout US, Europe, Indonesia, and India, she has gained a unique perspective on different cultures that has served her well in both her personal and professional life. Anna looks forward to collaborating with you to meet your needs as a law firm client or job seeker.

Bonnie Vassalo is our Houston Legal Division recruiter, a position she has held since 2023. She is passionate about match-making and excels in making great matches between law firms and top talented candidates.  What makes Bonnie a top producing recruiter is her ability to ask deep questions of both her clients and candidates and makes sure that what is important to them is being met.

Bonnie holds a BA in Human Services from The University of Connecticut. She also serves as President & Lead Consultant for The Able Network Inc., focusing on economic empowerment, networking events, and workforce diversity strategies. Bonnie cares deeply about giving back to the community and is actively involved in many nonprofit organizations.  Bonnie also actively participates with several ministries in her local community church and loves tennis, boxing and activities with her daughter and their rescue Schnoodle puppy, Malakai.  Additionally, she serves as the Events Chairperson for the NOLA Gold Rugby Foundation.

Chris Menge is our Legal Recruiter in the region of Nashville where he is dedicated to helping legal professionals achieve their goals. His focus is on understanding the desires, requirements, and aspirations of both candidates and clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Chris holds a degree in psychology from Texas Christian University where he studied from September 1996 to May 2001. When not at work, Chris can most often be found playing(noodling) on his guitar, wondering aloud where his keys are, and pondering the eternal and perpetual question, “Where are we eating tonight?”

Brittany Lathan is our Legal Recruiter in the Alabama, Southern Mississippi region, specializing in legal staffing for law firms and corporate legal departments. She partners with clients and candidates to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, providing personalized and professional service.

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue Global. She enjoys being part of a team dedicated to helping legal professionals advance their careers and achieve their potential.

Ginnie is our legal recruiter based in Atlanta, bringing years of experience in human resources within law firms. She leverages her strong relationships with attorneys to connect top-tier candidates with hiring needs, excelling in building high-performing teams.

Ginnie has a JD from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and an MBA from the University of Houston, she combines legal insight with business acumen to navigate the complexities of the profession.  Outside of work, Ginnie enjoys hiking, bicycling, and live music events. A loyal New Orleans Saints fan, she embraces the culture and spirit of her hometown while balancing meaningful connections with family, friends, and new adventures.
