The Perfect Candidate Will Have:

  • Prior experience in a legal setting
  • Advanced software skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and e-filing
  • Excellent communication abilities and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong references and a professional demeanor

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while providing outstanding support to both attorneys and clients
  • Superior communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, colleagues, and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in handling legal files, drafting and reviewing documents, coordinating court dates, and conducting research to support case preparation
  • Expertise in MS Word and the entire Office suite
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
