Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a broad portfolio of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and fall incidents, wrongful death claims, and other negligence-related lawsuits.
- Strategically craft compelling case arguments through in-depth legal research and analysis.
- Draft and file crucial legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and other filings, while ensuring timely submissions.
- Take the lead in preparing witnesses, conducting depositions, and coordinating discovery processes to build a strong case.
- Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Provide empathetic, clear communication to clients, keeping them informed and reassured throughout every step of the legal journey.
- Collaborate closely to streamline case management and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in personal injury law through continued legal education and relevant seminars.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, and in good standing with the LA Bar.
- A strong history of handling and litigating personal injury cases from start to resolution.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and negotiation skills.
