Key Responsibilities:

  • Trial Preparation & Representation: Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including motions and court appearances, while representing clients in legal proceedings.
  • Depositions & Legal Advocacy: Conduct depositions, advocate for clients’ rights, and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively within a team while also managing individual case responsibilities.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients regarding case updates and legal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of law, legal proceedings, and trial processes.
  • Experience: Proven experience handling motions, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Skills: Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Education & Licensing: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to the Georgia state bar and in good standing.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a legal team and work independently.
