Well established, highly respected law firm is currently seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience for their Nashville office. While experience in intellectual property, particularly trademark law, is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal candidate with demonstrate:
- Strong skills in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on intricate legal issues, including those in emerging areas of law
- The ability to think strategically and analytically, manage substantial caseloads, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, and overseeing discovery
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Experience in preparing for trials
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing abilities
- Tennessee Licensure in good standing (or a willingness to sit for/waive into the Tennessee bar)
