Anna Lattimer is our law firm Whisperer. Leading our Baton Rouge office, a role she has held since November 2021. She has over twenty years of experience in screening, performance management and talent acquisition from her previous roles in finance, legal and hospitality. With over a decade of working in law firm environments Anna has a unique understanding of how firms “work” from the inside.
She credits her tenure as a Nationally Licensed Mortgage Agent, a Legal Consultant focusing in the areas of finance and Commercial Real Estate as well as her time as a VIP bartender in New Orleans which included Mardi Gras Balls, live music events and Louisiana Derby affiliated races at New Orleans Racetrack that have helped her develop strong relationships when working with both clients and candidates.
Anna holds a master’s in public administration from Troy University and a bachelor’s in business communications from the University of Northern Iowa. Having travelled throughout US, Europe, Indonesia, and India, she has gained a unique perspective on different cultures that has served her well in both her personal and professional life.
